Hollybank employs over 400 staff in a wide variety of roles to support the very special children, young people and adults in our care.

Sharing a smile.

Most staff work on-site at Roe Head, Mirfield, supporting our children, young people and adults through school and home life. We also have full staff teams in our homes in the community in Halifax, Mirfield, Wakefield and Barnsley, supporting our adult service users to achieve the greatest independence possible.

Support in the classroom.
