Hollybank’s recruitment goes digital The past few months have been challenging for all organisations and Hollybank has been no exception. We've had to make changes to our processes and especially our recruitment process. The way Hollybank brings new people into our team has had to change massively due to COVID-19. Gone are the days of face to face interviews and shaking hands – we’ve had to find a way to adhere to the guidance and still maintain the same high standards. Personal contact is important when you’re looking for a job, so we use video, rather than telephone as much as we can during the recruitment process. Feedback we’ve had so far from new starters is that we have gone above and beyond to make them feel welcome and prepare them for their new roles.
