Bank Support Worker - Days & Nights (Mirfield)

Role: Bank Support Worker
Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ
Salary: £9.60/hr (Day shifts) or £10.56/hr (Night shifts)

On our main site in Mirfield, we have 6 Adult Residential services, where our support team work holistically and consistently to ensure we provide high-quality and person-centred care and support to the adults, young people, and children we care for. 

Our goal is to ensure the people we support live as independently as possible and have access to community activities. As a staff team we often say "today has to be the best day of their lives!".

We have a committed and passionate workforce and are looking for likeminded people.     Willow Court is a 19-bed home, split into 3 different Bungalows, with its own gardens located on the main site in Mirfield.

    The team at Willow Court provide person-centred support to adults with PMLD, physical disabilities, and complex health needs. The team are dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic, and communicate well together to ensure that the adults receive the best possible care. In addition to an open and honest working culture, the team offer ongoing support to develop and learn skills on top of your specialist training that we provide in-house. 

    You will also have a rare opportunity to work alongside our on-site Physiotherapists, Speech & Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists as well as qualified Registered Nurses and Support Workers who have worked with the Trust for decades!

    Registered Nurse (Willow Court, Mirfield)

    Willow Court in Mirfield is a 19-bed Nursing and Residential service for Adults with PMLD, physical disabilities, and complex needs. Our dedicated Nursing team are key to ensuring that the adults we support are safe and healthy, with an emphasis on person-centred support and care. This role will be busy and varied, as no two days are the same, but your clinical skills and experience will be vital to ensuring the success of Willow Court.

    Our team support the Adults with all aspects of their lives, including their physical, social and emotional needs, following their individualised care plans and delivering person centred care. We support the Adults to live enriched lives through a range of in house and external activities, including structured activities at Hollybank’s main site in Mirfield.

    Support Worker (South Kirkby)

    Being a Support Worker at Hollybank is a varied, exciting, and rewarding role. All of our services are unique, being tailored to suit the needs of adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and physical disabilities, and our teams work hard to ensure that the standards of care and support are consistent and of high quality. No two days are the same at Hollybank, but the role will include supporting with activities, personal care, eating and drinking, and ensuring the adults and young people attend appointments and social engagements.

    We are looking for some great new Support Workers to join the dedicated team at Sycamores in South Kirkby. 37.5hrs per week available, which will include some weekend working.

    Location: South Kirkby (WF9 3RA)

    Salary: £9.60/hr

    Hours: 37.5hrs (full-time) across 3 x 12.5hr shifts.
