Role: Personal Assistant to the CEO and Clerk to the Trust
Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £25,000/pa FTE (£20,270/pa pro-rata)
Hours: 30hrs per week

Hollybank Trust, founded in 1954 has achieved a reputation of attaining very high care standards, working with children, young people and adults who have profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. We are a dynamic, forward-thinking, and progressive organisation with a person-centred approach encompassing everything we do. We operate from four sites including Holmfirth, South Kirkby, Barnsley, and Mirfield which is where our school is situated. 

Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for an experienced and proactive PA who can step in and support the CEO in this important and varied role. As the PA to the CEO and Clerk to the Trust, you will be responsible for providing effective PA support to the CEO and operating as Clerk to the Board of Trustees.

Key Aspects of the role:

  • To undertake administrative tasks to assist and provide, when appropriate, secretarial assistance for the Executive Board and the Trustees, acting as an effective and efficient support function.
  • To attend meetings as per the requests of the CEO and the Chair of Trustees, and ensure that an accurate record is made of the meeting and any associated administration is undertaken and distributed.
  • To maintain and update electronic files to ensure that information is retrievable as needed. 
  • To maintain the CEOs diary and schedule to assist in the most effective use of their time.
